Handmade Walnut Pochade Box

I am so excited to show this to you all. Jerry Pond is a friend of mine, an amazing painter, and also a very skilled woodworker. Being a plein air painter, Jerry knows what we all need in a good travel pochade box. He has designed these boxes and then hand builds them. They are made with great care and attention to detail. Besides the travel box he also makes little thumb-boxes.
This size is perfect for when you don't want to drag around your tripod. Or if you want to remain a less conspicuous, say in a coffee shop painting the people around you.
